MotoGP Enthusiasm All over the World
The motorbike racing buzz is increasing more and more. A fact that is confirmed by the millions of thrilled fans that travel to the MotoGP race meetings. Furthermore, some 300 million households follow the MotoGP race action on TV or via the internet – a huge community of two-wheel enthusiasts.
Team Prüstel GP from Callenberg that is competing in the MotoGP 3 category with a professional crew also is a part of this motor-biking world. "Our team is like a big family," says Florian Prüstel, Managing Director of Prüstel GP. "Everybody is important and this also applies – in particular – to our companions. With RAVENOL we have got a strong technology partner that supports us in different series with lubricants and care products."
Prüstel GP contests the 2018 season with a 250cc M38 of the Austrian manufacturer KTM that features a four-stroke engine and a six-speed gearbox. In the battle for Moto3 World Championship points, the team is represented by the experienced Czech Jakub Kornfeil and Italy’s Marco Bezzecchi, a former member of Valentino Rossi’s VR46 Riders Academy. The start of the 2018 season went better than expected. As early as in the second race, in Argentina, the ambitious Italian Bezzecchi (#12) gave Redox PrüstelGP their first win in the season. And this podium shouldn’t be the last: the Italian secured further podiums in Texas (USA), Jerez (Spain) and Mugello (Italy). At Jerez, Bezzechi clinched the championship lead and defended it since then. A fact that is delighting the fans, sponsors, teams, and KTM in equal measure. Meanwhile, Jakub Kornfeil also made a good start into the season. He regularly made it to the top 10 and improved race by race.
"As manufacturer of top-class lubricants for the two-wheel area, getting involved in the highest ranks of motorbike racing was a logical step"
RAVENOL Motorsport Director Martin Huning: "I’m really happy about our cooperation with Prüstel GP. As manufacturer of top-class lubricants for the two-wheel area, getting involved in the highest ranks of motorbike racing was a logical step. Team Prüstel GP and RAVENOL share the same level of motor-racing enthusiasm and the ambition to successfully compete in the sport."
With RAVENOL Motobike 4-T Ester SAE 10W-50, RAVENOL developed a highly resilient engine oil for demanding engines of bikes with wet clutches and oil-lubricated clutches – and PrüstelGP is well aware of the reliability of this high-performance low friction engine oil.
